目的：探讨 LEEP 刀诊断和治疗宫颈疾病的临床价值。方法：LEEP 刀环切或锥切术治疗宫颈疾病，切除组织均送检。观察手术时间、出血量、患者反应及愈后情况。结果：手术时间5~10min，术中出血3~15mL，6例患者出现脱痂期出血，出血量似月经量，预防感染止血治疗，同时予以碘伏纱布压迫止血3~5d，出血停止。所有患者均能耐受手术，无1例感染及颈管狭窄或粘连发生。术后2个月随访一次性成功治愈率100%。结论：LEEP 刀诊断和治疗宫颈疾病，操作安全简便，门诊即可进行，手术时间短，费用低，且可提供完整的病理标本，降低宫颈癌的误诊率和漏诊率，值得临床推广、普及。
