对温庭筠的《菩萨蛮》词中“小山重叠金明灭”一句的理解，历来众说纷纭，尤其是对“小山”和“金明灭”的解释，更是说法多样，拟将从不同角度对前人的解释进行分析和评述，同时在此基础上提出不同的观点，认为“小山”是指古代女子的某种发式，如抛家髻、椎髻或高髻。“金明灭”是指女子头上的发饰品发出的光亮，最有可能的发饰品是步摇或金凤簪。
대온정균적《보살만》사중“소산중첩금명멸”일구적리해，력래음설분운，우기시대“소산”화“금명멸”적해석，경시설법다양，의장종불동각도대전인적해석진행분석화평술，동시재차기출상제출불동적관점，인위“소산”시지고대녀자적모충발식，여포가계、추계혹고계。“금명멸”시지녀자두상적발식품발출적광량，최유가능적발식품시보요혹금봉잠。
Aiming at how to understand “Overlapping hills and shining golden light” In Wentingyun's Bodhisattva .Many people have different opinions for a long time , especially about the interpretation of the “hills” and “Shining golden light” . The author of this paper analyzes and reviews the previous explanation from different angles . At the same time , on the basis of this , the author puts forward different points of view and holds that the “hills” refer to some kind of ancient women's hair style , such as left-home hairstyle , vertebral hairstyle or high hairstyle .“Shining golden light” refers to the women's ornament which is shining , most likely step hair ornament or hairpin is shaking .
