目的:对一起亚硝酸盐污染自来水管道引起中毒进行探讨,用饮用水、井水、呕吐物等样品进行测定,并对检测过程中的影响因子(适当的稀释倍数)对亚硝酸盐含量进行探讨。方法:采用 GB/T5750-2006和 GB5009.33-2010国家标准规定的检验方法对饮用水和井水、呕吐物中亚硝酸盐含量进行测定。结果:应用影响因子对饮用水、井水、呕吐物等样品的亚硝酸盐含量与区疾控实验结果,经过配对 t 检验,t10=1.77, t(0.05,9)=2.26,t10< t(0.05,9)表明用影响因子测定,两单位结果差异没有显著性(P>0.05),并且回收率高﹑精密度好。结论:实验结果表明污染了的饮用水、井水、呕吐物等亚硝酸盐含量,影响因子对亚硝酸盐含量作用很大,合适的影响因子对结果至关重要。影响因子的应用,具有准确﹑省时﹑灵敏与简便的特点。
目的:對一起亞硝痠鹽汙染自來水管道引起中毒進行探討,用飲用水、井水、嘔吐物等樣品進行測定,併對檢測過程中的影響因子(適噹的稀釋倍數)對亞硝痠鹽含量進行探討。方法:採用 GB/T5750-2006和 GB5009.33-2010國傢標準規定的檢驗方法對飲用水和井水、嘔吐物中亞硝痠鹽含量進行測定。結果:應用影響因子對飲用水、井水、嘔吐物等樣品的亞硝痠鹽含量與區疾控實驗結果,經過配對 t 檢驗,t10=1.77, t(0.05,9)=2.26,t10< t(0.05,9)錶明用影響因子測定,兩單位結果差異沒有顯著性(P>0.05),併且迴收率高﹑精密度好。結論:實驗結果錶明汙染瞭的飲用水、井水、嘔吐物等亞硝痠鹽含量,影響因子對亞硝痠鹽含量作用很大,閤適的影響因子對結果至關重要。影響因子的應用,具有準確﹑省時﹑靈敏與簡便的特點。
목적:대일기아초산염오염자래수관도인기중독진행탐토,용음용수、정수、구토물등양품진행측정,병대검측과정중적영향인자(괄당적희석배수)대아초산염함량진행탐토。방법:채용 GB/T5750-2006화 GB5009.33-2010국가표준규정적검험방법대음용수화정수、구토물중아초산염함량진행측정。결과:응용영향인자대음용수、정수、구토물등양품적아초산염함량여구질공실험결과,경과배대 t 검험,t10=1.77, t(0.05,9)=2.26,t10< t(0.05,9)표명용영향인자측정,량단위결과차이몰유현저성(P>0.05),병차회수솔고﹑정밀도호。결론:실험결과표명오염료적음용수、정수、구토물등아초산염함량,영향인자대아초산염함량작용흔대,합괄적영향인자대결과지관중요。영향인자적응용,구유준학﹑성시﹑령민여간편적특점。
Objective:To cause poisoning explore together nitrite pol ution water pipe drinking water, wel water, vomit and blood samples were measured, and the impact factor of the detection process (appropriate dilution factor) to explore the nitrite content. Methods:GB/T5750-2006 and GB5009.33-2010 national standard test methods for drinking water and wel water, vomit and blood nitrite content were determined. Results:Application of the impact of factors such as drinking water, wel water, vomit and blood samples and nitrite content and District CDC experimental results after a paired t-test, t10 = 1.77, t (0.05,9) = 2.26, t10 <t(0.05,9)impact factor results show that there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), and high recovery rate, precision.Conclusion:Experimental results show that contaminated drinking water, wel water, vomit and blood nitrite content, the impact factor, the role of nitrite content appropriate impact factor is essential results; affect the application of the factor, with accurate, time-saving, sensitive and easy.
