目的:观察益生菌(金双歧)联合大剂量红霉素治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的临床疗效。方法将78例喂养不耐受的早产儿随机分为对照组和实验组,两组均给予相同的常规治疗。对照组予大剂量红霉素治疗,每次口服12.5 mg/kg, q8h,疗程5~7 d;实验组给予金双歧联合红霉素治疗,红霉素用法同对照组,金双歧每次口服0.25 g, q8h,疗程5~7 d。结果实验组患儿呕吐持续时间、腹胀持续时间、胃潴留持续时间、达到全肠道喂养时间和平均住院日均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金双歧联合红霉素组治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的疗效明显优于单纯使用红霉素组;金双歧对治疗早产儿喂养不耐受有辅助治疗作用,可以尽快缓解早产儿喂养不耐受的症状,可以使患儿尽快达到全肠道喂养,缩短住院时间。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Golden Bifid combined with large doses of erythromycin in treatment of feeding intolerance in preterm infants. Methods 78 cases of premature infants of feeding intolerance were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, two groups were given conventional treatment of the same. The control group were treated with erythromycin(Each time 12.5 mg/kg, q8h period of treatment was 5~7 d);experimental group, Golden Bifid combined with erythromycin in treatment, erythromycin was used as the control group, Golden Bifid(Each time 0.25g q8h, period of treatment was 5~7 d). Results In the experimental group, abdominal distension and vomiting duration , gastric retention duration, reach full enteral feeding time and the average length of stay was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Golden Bifid combined with erythromycin group effect in the treatment of feeding intolerance in preterm infants is obviously superior to the single use of erythromycin group;Golden Bifid on the treatment of feeding intolerance in preterm infants have the role of adjuvant therapy, can alleviate the premature infants with feeding intolerance symptom as soon as possible, can make children reach full enteral feeding as soon as possible, shorten the hospitalization time.
