目的：探索躯体疾病伴心理问题患者的心理护理模式。方法：采用“心理关怀护士进行心理干预，对患者及家属进行健康教育，对心理关怀护士进行督导，出院随访”等措施。结果：缓解或解决了患者的心理问题。结论：本心理护理模式是应对躯体疾病伴心理问题患者的有效模式。
목적：탐색구체질병반심리문제환자적심리호리모식。방법：채용“심리관부호사진행심리간예，대환자급가속진행건강교육，대심리관부호사진행독도，출원수방”등조시。결과：완해혹해결료환자적심리문제。결론：본심리호리모식시응대구체질병반심리문제환자적유효모식。
Objective:To explore psychological nursing mode for patients with psychological problems combined with somatic diseases. Methods:The psychological care nurses were intervened by the psychological intervention and supervised, the patients and their families were educated with health education, and the follow-up measures were taken. Results:The psychological problems of the patients were relieved or solved. Conclusions:The psychological nursing mode is effective to deal with the patients with psychological problems combined with somatic diseases.
