目的：探讨武警部队战士指长/身高与心理健康水平的关系。方法：对武警某机动部队318名战士测量左右手食指、中指、环指、小指4个手指长度和身高,同时测查SCL-90。统计分析各指长/身高与SCL-90的相关性。结果：左手4D：H与SCL-90的焦虑、精神病性、总分和总均分均具有显著负相关(P<0.05),与敌对具有极显著负相关(P<0.01)。右手4D：H与焦虑具有显著负相关(P<0.05),与敌对具有极显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论：4D：H与心理健康水平具有一定的相关性,4D：H越高则心理健康水平越高。

Objective:To study correlations of digit length/height and mental health status for soldiers in a Chinese people's armed tactical unit. Methods:318 soldiers' 4 digit lengths of two hands and height were measured, while SCL-90 was applied. The correlations of digit length/height and SCL-90 were statistically analyzed. Results:The 4D:H of the left hand had significant negative correlations with anxiety, psychoticism, total score and general symptomatic index (P<0. 05), and had highly significant negative cor-relation with hostility (P<0. 01). The 4D:H of the right hand had significant negative correlation significant with anxiety (P<0. 05), and had highly significant negative correlation with hostility (P<0. 01). Conclusions:The digit length/height has a certain correlations with the mental health status, and the higher the 4D:H is, the higher the mental health level is.
