Zirconia all-ceramic crown and bridge by computer aided design ( CAD) and computer aided manufacture ( CAM) had good prospects in the field of prosthodontics, and they had the advantages of rapid and convenient production process, and good aesthetic result, stability and biocompatibility. In this review, the progress of studies and clinical applications on zirconia all-ceramic crown and bridge by CAD/CAM was introduced.
