目的：观察睫状体复位联合白内障超声乳化术对长期睫状体分离合并白内障的治疗效果。方法对15例（15只眼）闭合性眼外伤致睫状体分离合并白内障患者行睫状体复位＋白内障超声乳化吸除＋人工晶状体植入术，观察患者手术前后视力、眼压和睫状体复位状况。结果睫状体复位率100％，术后3 d、7 d、1个月、3个月分别与术前比较，睫状体复位情况差异明显（χ2＝15．18、20．19、26．51、36．18， P均＜0．01）。术后3 d、7 d、1个月、3个月最佳矫正视力与术前相比，差异明显（χ2＝9．70、11．89、27．47、31．68， P ＜0．05、0．01、0．01、0．01）。术后3 d、7 d、1个月、3个月眼压与术前相比，差异明显（q＝16．14、9．15、6．51、5．36， P均＜0．01）。结论睫状体复位＋白内障超声乳化吸除＋人工晶状体植入术可使患者的睫状体复位、眼压恢复和视功能改善。
목적：관찰첩상체복위연합백내장초성유화술대장기첩상체분리합병백내장적치료효과。방법대15례（15지안）폐합성안외상치첩상체분리합병백내장환자행첩상체복위＋백내장초성유화흡제＋인공정상체식입술，관찰환자수술전후시력、안압화첩상체복위상황。결과첩상체복위솔100％，술후3 d、7 d、1개월、3개월분별여술전비교，첩상체복위정황차이명현（χ2＝15．18、20．19、26．51、36．18， P균＜0．01）。술후3 d、7 d、1개월、3개월최가교정시력여술전상비，차이명현（χ2＝9．70、11．89、27．47、31．68， P ＜0．05、0．01、0．01、0．01）。술후3 d、7 d、1개월、3개월안압여술전상비，차이명현（q＝16．14、9．15、6．51、5．36， P균＜0．01）。결론첩상체복위＋백내장초성유화흡제＋인공정상체식입술가사환자적첩상체복위、안압회복화시공능개선。
Objective To observe the effect of suturing fixation of ciliary body plus PHACO on long-term traumatic cyclodialysis combined with cataract .Methods Totally 15 patients with traumatic cyclodialysis and cataract received sutu-ring fixation of ciliary body , PHACO and IOL implantation .Ciliary restoration , visual acuity and intraocular pressure were observed.Results The ciliary restoration rate was 100%, and the rate was significantly different from pre-surgery at 3d, 7d, 1 month and 3months (chi-square=15.18, 20.19, 26.51, and 36.18, respectively, and P <0.01 for all).Visual acuity improvement was significant at 3d, 7d, 1 month and 3 months after surgery (chi-square=9.70, 11.89, 27.47, and 31.68, respectively, and P <0.05 at 3d and P <0.01 for all other).Intraocular pressure significantly decreased at 3d, 7d, 1 month and 3 months after surgery (chi-square=16.14, 9.15, 6.51 and 5.36;P <0.01 for all).Conclusion Su-turing fixation of ciliary body and PHACO effectively restores ciliary , reduces intraocular pressure , and improves visual a-cuity.
