目的：探讨超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗短眼轴白内障的临床疗效。方法对25例（26只眼）眼轴长度17．5～22 mm的白内障患者实施超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术，术后随访1周至3个月，观察其术后视力、眼压及手术并发症。结果术后1 d角膜水肿6只眼；术后3个月视力≥0．5者21只眼，占80．77％；术后3个月平均眼压（13．51±2．63）mm Hg，较术前明显下降；轻微脉络膜脱离1只眼，无后囊破裂及虹膜损伤发生。结论超声乳化联合人工晶状体术治疗短眼轴白内障安全、有效。
목적：탐토초성유화연합인공정상체식입술치료단안축백내장적림상료효。방법대25례（26지안）안축장도17．5～22 mm적백내장환자실시초성유화연합인공정상체식입술，술후수방1주지3개월，관찰기술후시력、안압급수술병발증。결과술후1 d각막수종6지안；술후3개월시력≥0．5자21지안，점80．77％；술후3개월평균안압（13．51±2．63）mm Hg，교술전명현하강；경미맥락막탈리1지안，무후낭파렬급홍막손상발생。결론초성유화연합인공정상체술치료단안축백내장안전、유효。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens ( IOL) im-plantation in cataract with shorter axial length .Methods 25 cases (26 eyes )with cataract were performed phacoemulsifi-cation and intraocular lens implantation ,whose eye axial length ranged form 17.5 to 22 mm,average((21.45 ±0.54)mm. The visual acuity and IOP were observed postoperatively .The operative difficulty and complications were discussed .All ca-ses were followed up for 3 months.Results The mean lOP was significant decreased postoperatively (13.51 ±2.63 )mm Hg than preoperatively (15.27 ±3.65) mm Hg ( P <0.01), Their visual acuity improved in all eyes postoperatively ,the best corrected visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 21 eyes(80.77%).Postoperatively, corneal edema in 6 eyes on the first day, No posterior capsular rupture occurred and no other serious complications occurred in all cases .Conclusion Phacoe-mulsification and folding IOL implantation is effective and safe in cataract with shorter axial length .
