针对目前步进电机运行特性测试系统成本高、无上位机对步进电机进行控制和测试数据进行处理显示等问题,以 LabVIEW 及运动控制卡为核心,设计了一种步进电机测试系统,简要介绍了测试系统的硬件组成,详细介绍了 LabVIEW 调用和设置运动控制卡函数及采集数据的方法。
針對目前步進電機運行特性測試繫統成本高、無上位機對步進電機進行控製和測試數據進行處理顯示等問題,以 LabVIEW 及運動控製卡為覈心,設計瞭一種步進電機測試繫統,簡要介紹瞭測試繫統的硬件組成,詳細介紹瞭 LabVIEW 調用和設置運動控製卡函數及採集數據的方法。

Aiming at the current problems occurred in stepper motor running characteristics test system, such as the high cost of test system, no host computer control stepper motor and process data. A new stepper motor running characteristics test system is designed which the motion control card and LabVIEW is used as the core, this article briefly introduced the composition of the hardware of the system, in details introduced the LabVIEW calls and set the functions of motion control card and the data acquisition method.
