针对深海钻机的使用环境,设计并实现了甲板实时操作钻机的一款手操器。该手操器由基于 STM32F103VCT6微控制器的控制板以及一些外部输入输出设备所组成,其与钻机系统通过串口通信。由于甲板手操器与海底钻机距离较长,且串口传输距离有限,因此以光纤传输为中继。
針對深海鑽機的使用環境,設計併實現瞭甲闆實時操作鑽機的一款手操器。該手操器由基于 STM32F103VCT6微控製器的控製闆以及一些外部輸入輸齣設備所組成,其與鑽機繫統通過串口通信。由于甲闆手操器與海底鑽機距離較長,且串口傳輸距離有限,因此以光纖傳輸為中繼。

Aiming at the operating environment of the deep water drilling rig, a manual operater of real-time on-deck operation has been realized. This manual operator is composed of a control panel based on the STM32FVCT106 MCU and some external input and output devices. Serial communication is applied between the manual operator and its rig system. Considering the long distance between the manual operator on the deck and the drilling rig on the sea floor, as well as the limited transmitting distance of serial port, optical fiber transmission is used as a relay.
