探讨洋葱辅助降脂减肥功效。以0.200、0.400、0.600 g/kg·BW低、中、高3种剂量饲洋葱粉分别喂肥胖型及高血脂型模型小鼠30 d,测定洋葱粉对小鼠总胆固醇,甘油三酯,高密度脂蛋白、体重、动脉硬化指数及脂肪系数的影响。高血脂组的小鼠的TC、TG及动脉硬化指数均最高,三组受试物试验组的各项指标较高血脂组均有所降低,各组间TC差异显著或极显著;洋葱粉试验组的中剂量组的HDL与对照组相当,高剂量组的动脉硬化指数最低。肥胖组的体重、脂肪系数均最高。洋葱粉能降低小鼠的体重、动脉硬化指数和脂肪系数,有辅助降脂减肥功效且均呈剂量效应。

Obesity and hyperlipidemia mice models were developed to test the function of auxiliary adjusting blood lipid and losting weight of onion powder. Three kinds of doses of 0.200,0.400,0.600 g/kg·BW were fed separately to mouse for 30 d. TC,TG,HDL,body weight, arteriosclerosis exponential and fatty coefficient were tested. TC,TG and arteriosclerosis exponential of Hyperlipidemia mouse group were the highest. These substances of mouse fed onion powder were lower. TC in all groups was significantly or very significantly. HDL of middle onion dose group of middle dose onion powder group was equal to normal group. Arteriosclerosis exponential of high onion dose group was the lowest. Onion powder can reduce the weight, arteriosclerosis exponential and fatty coefficient of mice. Onion powder had the function of auxiliary adjusting blood lipid and reducing weight effect and showed a dose effect.
