目的：探讨特异性免疫治疗（SLIT）方法对儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择尘螨过敏阳性患儿95例，并将其随机分为治疗组（48例）和对照组（47例），治疗组进行皮下注射变应原尘螨疫苗进行脱敏治疗，对照组采用常规治疗方法，治疗6个月后比较两组的临床疗效和肺功能情况。结果经治疗6个月后，治疗组总有效率为87.5%，对照组总有效率80.8%，两组总有效比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，治疗后两组肺功能比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论特异性免疫治疗可有效改善患儿疾病状态，改善肺通气功能，是治疗儿童哮喘一种有效的方法，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토특이성면역치료（SLIT）방법대인동지기관효천적림상료효。방법선택진만과민양성환인95례，병장기수궤분위치료조（48례）화대조조（47례），치료조진행피하주사변응원진만역묘진행탈민치료，대조조채용상규치료방법，치료6개월후비교량조적림상료효화폐공능정황。결과경치료6개월후，치료조총유효솔위87.5%，대조조총유효솔80.8%，량조총유효비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；여치료전비교，치료후량조폐공능비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론특이성면역치료가유효개선환인질병상태，개선폐통기공능，시치료인동효천일충유효적방법，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of specific immune therapy in the treatment of children bronchial asthma. Methods 95 children with Dust mite allergy-positive were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases) and control group(47 cases). The treatment group were given Subcutaneous injection of dust mite allergen desensitization treatment vaccine.The control group were conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy and Lung function of two groups were compared after 6 months treatment. Results After 6 months after treatment,the total efficiency of treatment group and treatment group were 87.5%and 80.8%.There was significant different between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the difference in lung function after treatment groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The specific immune therapy can effectively improve the disease state of patients and improve lung function,is an effective treatment method for children with asthma,thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
