试验采用玉米秸秆基质、草炭、蛭石3种栽培介质,以不同的体积比例配成4种混合基质(玉米秸秆基质∶草碳∶蛭石为1∶3∶3,1∶2∶2,1∶1∶1,2∶1∶2),以土壤栽培为对照,研究复配基质对矮牵牛、天竺葵生长的影响。结果表明,矮牵牛处理1(玉米秸秆基质∶草碳∶蛭石=1∶3∶3)和天竺葵处理3(玉米秸秆基质∶草碳∶蛭石=1∶1∶1)中的叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数、根系活力以及叶片碳氮代谢产物含量及相关酶活性均优于其他处理。因此,处理1和处理3复配基质可以分别作为矮牵牛、天竺葵生长较理想的基质。

시험채용옥미갈간기질、초탄、질석3충재배개질,이불동적체적비례배성4충혼합기질(옥미갈간기질∶초탄∶질석위1∶3∶3,1∶2∶2,1∶1∶1,2∶1∶2),이토양재배위대조,연구복배기질대왜견우、천축규생장적영향。결과표명,왜견우처리1(옥미갈간기질∶초탄∶질석=1∶3∶3)화천축규처리3(옥미갈간기질∶초탄∶질석=1∶1∶1)중적협록소함량、협록소형광삼수、근계활력이급협편탄담대사산물함량급상관매활성균우우기타처리。인차,처리1화처리3복배기질가이분별작위왜견우、천축규생장교이상적기질。
Four substrates with different volume proportions (maize straw∶ peat∶ vermiculite =1∶1∶1, 1∶2∶2, 1∶3∶3 and 2∶1∶2, respectively) were used for studying the influences of compound substrate on growth of pelargonium and petunia, and the soil was taken as a contrast. The results showed that the chlorophyll content, the chlorophyll lfuorescence parameters, the root activity and the content of leaf carbon and nitrogen metabolites and its related enzyme activity in petunia in treatment 1 (maize straw∶peat∶vermiculite=1∶3∶3) and in pelargonium in treatment 3 (maize straw∶peat∶vermiculite=1∶1∶1) were better than those in other treatments. Hence, the compound substrate in treatment 1 and treatment 3 could be selected as the ideal substrate for petunia and pelargonium, respectively.
