目的:探讨DNA含量和倍体类型与食管鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用流式细胞技术对手术切除的167例食管鳞癌患者新鲜标本进行DNA分析,计算DNA指数并判断倍体类型,分析DNA含量和倍体类型与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移情况的关系。结果①食管鳞癌患者异倍体出现率为81.44%,食管鳞癌在早期就已出现了DNA含量和倍体类型的改变;②有淋巴结转移组食管鳞癌DNA含量明显高于无淋巴结转移组食管鳞癌(t=2.53;P=0.012);③异倍体食管鳞癌淋巴结转移率和淋巴结转移度明显高于二倍体(χ2=4.06;P=0.044和χ2=7.23;P=0.007),且早期即可出现淋巴结转移。结论 DNA含量高的食管鳞癌和异倍体食管鳞癌更容易发生淋巴结。

목적:탐토DNA함량화배체류형여식관린상세포암림파결전이적관계。방법채용류식세포기술대수술절제적167례식관린암환자신선표본진행DNA분석,계산DNA지수병판단배체류형,분석DNA함량화배체류형여식관린암림파결전이정황적관계。결과①식관린암환자이배체출현솔위81.44%,식관린암재조기취이출현료DNA함량화배체류형적개변;②유림파결전이조식관린암DNA함량명현고우무림파결전이조식관린암(t=2.53;P=0.012);③이배체식관린암림파결전이솔화림파결전이도명현고우이배체(χ2=4.06;P=0.044화χ2=7.23;P=0.007),차조기즉가출현림파결전이。결론 DNA함량고적식관린암화이배체식관린암경용역발생림파결。
Objective To investigate the correlation of DNA content, DNA ploidy status and lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC). Methods DNA analysis was carried out respectively by flow cytometry in the specimens from 167 patients with resectable ESCC. DNA index (DI) and ploidy status was measured respectively. Then analyze the correlation of DI and DNA ploidy status with lymph node metastasis of ESCC. Results ①Heteroploidy rate in ESCC was 81.44%. Even in early stage of ESCC, the diversity of DNA index and ploidy status could be detected; ②DNA index was higher in group with lymph node metastasis than that without lymph node metastasis;③Comparing with ESCC with DNA diploidy, ESCC with DNA heteroploidy showed higher lymph nodes metastasis rate and lymph node metastasis ratio. Lymph node metastasis occurred even in early stage of ESCC with DNA heteroploidy. Conclusion Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with higher DNA content or DNA heteroploidy more likely metastasizes to lymph node.
