分析瞭科研事業單位工會工作的特點，探討瞭科研事業單位工會在黨群關繫的建立、糰隊建設、睏難幫扶以及提高單位凝聚力等方麵所髮揮的作用，併針對科研事業單位工會工作中存在的問題，從工作思路、製度建設、人纔培養及工作方法等方麵提齣瞭解決對策。

At ifrst, the characters of labor union works in scientiifc research institute were analyzed. Then, the roles of labor union of scientiifc research institute in building the Party-masses relationship, in team building, in dififcult assistance, and in improving cohesion of the institute were discussed, respectively. In the end, according to the problems existed in the labor union works in scientiifc research institute, the strategies were proposed in terms of working ideas, system established, talent fostering and working method.
