随着超声探伤技术的发展,探伤数据处理的高速化和网络化已成为一种趋势。介绍了一种超声探伤回波信号处理的方法,采用 Altera 公司的 Cyclone IV 系列 FPGA 与以太网硬件协议栈芯片W5300,并结合高速数据压缩器,设计了一种基于以太网的多通道高速数据处理电路。给出了数据压缩器的设计原理及网络数据传输模块的设计方法,阐明了系统各模块的工作方式,并给出测试结果,实现了一种高速、高稳定性的数据处理电路。

With the development of ultrasonic flaw detection technology , high-speed and networking of crack detection data processing has become a trend . It introduced a processing method for the echo signal of ultrasonic flaw detection . Used Altera cy-clone IV series FPGA and Ethernet hardware protocol stack chip W5300 , and combined with high-speed data compressor , the solu-tion of multi-channel high-speed data processing based on Ethernet was designed . The design principle of data compressor and design method of network data transmission module were given , and the work style of each module was clarified . The test result was given . It has realized a high-speed and high stable data processing electric circuit .
