通过对全国不同地区棕地的实地调查和案例分析，探讨了民众对于棕地再开发的意愿，比较了社会各方对棕地再开发的责任和权利，研究了棕地治理对策，提出了棕地再开发建议。结果表明：普通民众对棕地认识还不够；受环境条件、社会经济发展等的影响，不同地区棕地特征差异明显；地方政府应为棕地再开发的主导方。

Through field survey and case analysis of brownfield land in different regions of the whole country, the wishes of the people for brownfield redevelopment were discussed;the responsibilities and rights of different sectors of community to the brownfield redevelopment were compared;the control measures for brownfield land were studied;the suggestions for redevelopment of brownfield land were put forward. The results showed that common people's understanding of brownfield land was far enough;the characteristics of brownfield land in different regions varied tremendously, and they are closely related to the local environmental conditions, and social and economic development;the local government should be the leading party of the brownfield redevelopment.
