农民专业合作社在解决“三农”问题中发挥着重要作用。通过对天津市20家农民专业合作社的走访以及340份合作社成员有效问卷的整理分析，运用二元Logistic回归模型计量探究合作社成员对合作社满意度的影响因素。研究表明：社员的年龄、社员的文化程度、增加纯收入的满意度、带头人的能力、财务是否公开、决策是否民主、利润分配是否公平对农民专业合作社的满意度有显著影响，且方向为正；所研究的其他因素对满意度影响均不显著。

Farmers’ specialized corporation plays an important role in solving “three rural issues”. Through interviewing 20 farmers specialized corporations in Tianjin city and analyzing 340 effective questionnaires of corporation members, the inlfuencing factors for satisfaction degree of corporation members to corporation were analyzed using binary Logistic regression mode. The results showed that the age of members, the education level of members, the satisfaction degree for increase of pure-income, the ability of the leader, whether ifnancial disclosure, whether making decisions through a democratic process, and whether fair division of the proifts all had signiifcant influences on satisfaction degree of members to farmers’ specialized corporation, and the direction was positive; the other factors all inlfuenced the satisfaction degree little.
