以金线莲分化芽为外植体,研究了在培养基中添加不同的碳源、有机物质、活性炭,以及调节培养基的pH值和培养温度对金线莲离体培养的影响。结果表明:蔗糖是金线莲离体培养的最佳碳源;培养基中添加一定量的香蕉或椰汁和2g/L的活性炭能显著加快金线莲的生长速度,离体培养的最适pH值为5.8,最适生长温度为25℃。

The regenerated buds of Anoectochilus roxburghii were taken as explants to study the influences of adding different carbon sources, organic substances and activated carbons to the culture medium and regulating the pH value and temperature of the culture medium on effect of in vitro culture of Anoectochilus roxburghii. The results showed that sucrose is the best carbon source for in vitro culture of Anoectochilus roxburghii;adding a certain amount of banana or coconut juice and 2 g/L of activated carbon to the culture medium can signiifcantly accelerate the growth speed of Anoectochilus roxburghii;the optimal pH value and the optimal temperature for in vitro culture of Anoectochilus roxburghii were 5.8 and 25℃, respectively.
