农村废弃工矿用地通过土地复垦可以有效地缓解日益严重的人地矛盾。以重庆市黔江区冯家镇复垦项目为例，介绍了项目概况，并阐述了项目实施的保障措施，分析了项目取得的效益。结果表明，土地复垦能够实现耕地总量动态平衡，促进新农村建设。

Reclamation of rural abandoned industrial and mining land can effectively alleviate the conlfict between people and land. Taking the reclamation project in Fengjia Town, Qianjiang District, Chongqing City as example, the general situation of the project was introduced, the ensuring measures for project implementing were expatiated, and the benefit of the project was analyzed. The results indicated that land reclamation can realize the dynamic balance of the total amount of the cultivated land, and can promote the construction of new country.
