以甲醇为提取剂,过层析柱提取和净化稻米中的二甲戊灵,再采用高效液相色谱法分析检测稻米中的二甲戊灵残留。确定最佳检测条件为:检测波长238 nm,流动相比例V甲醇︰V水=85︰15,柱温30℃,流速1 mL/min,进样量20μL。在该检测条件下,对稻米添加标准样品的回收率为87.40%~94.16%,变异系数为3.38%~6.70%,仪器最小检出限为9.14×10-12g,方法最低检出浓度为0.005 mg/kg,符合农药残留检测要求。

The Pendimethalin residues in rice were extracted and purified by methyl alcohol and chromatographic column, and then they were detected by HPLC. The determined optimal detecting conditions were as follows:detection wavelength, ratio of mobile phase, column temperature, flow velocity and sample size were 238 nm, Vmethyl alcohol︰Vwater=85︰15, 30℃, 1 mL/min and 20μL, respectively. With the optimal detection conditions, the recovery rate reached 87.40%~94.16%;the coefifcient of variation was from 3.38%to 6.70%;the minimum detection limit was 9.14×10-12 g;the lowest detectable concentration was 0.005 mg/kg. All above all met the requirements of pesticide residue detection.
