利用静态顶空进样器,将三乙酸甘油酯样品直接进样,并采用强极性VOC毛细管色谱柱分离后检测。结果表明:静态顶空气相色谱法操作简便,快速,结果准确,回收率为99.89%~100.09%,RSD均值为0.12%,与采用YC/T144-2008标准法相比,结果一致性好。
利用靜態頂空進樣器,將三乙痠甘油酯樣品直接進樣,併採用彊極性VOC毛細管色譜柱分離後檢測。結果錶明:靜態頂空氣相色譜法操作簡便,快速,結果準確,迴收率為99.89%~100.09%,RSD均值為0.12%,與採用YC/T144-2008標準法相比,結果一緻性好。
이용정태정공진양기,장삼을산감유지양품직접진양,병채용강겁성VOC모세관색보주분리후검측。결과표명:정태정공기상색보법조작간편,쾌속,결과준학,회수솔위99.89%~100.09%,RSD균치위0.12%,여채용YC/T144-2008표준법상비,결과일치성호。
Using static headspace sampler to sampling the sample of glycerin triacetate, and detecting it after separated by VOC capillary chromatographic column. The results showed that the static headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC) was easy and simple to operate, and the results were accurate and quick;its recovery rate and average RSD reached 99.89%~100.09%and 0.12%, respectively;in comparison with YC/T144-2008 standard method, the results of the HS-GC had a good accordance.
