现场作业是地区供电局精益化管理模式中的重要一环。为经济合理地实现对作业风险的识别、评估和控制，本文通过全面梳理地区供电局生产班组作业过程中的风险活动，建立了作业风险成本评估模型。在调研各班组作业风险评估现状的基础上，结合数理统计方法，优化风险评估数据库，梳理作业风险的管控措施，完善现场管理监督机制，从而实现降低作业风险管理成本的目的。

As an important component of lean management, on-site operation attracts increasing attention.By recognizing risks of production teams in regional Power Supply Bureau,the operational risk cost model was established,to realize the identification,assessment and control of risks economically.With mathematical statistics method,this paper optimized the risk-assessment database,carded risk control measures,and improved the supervisory mechanism on the basis of preliminary investigation,from which lowering the cost of operation risk management can be achieved.
