某水电站工程位于东南亚某国,由于天然砂砾料缺乏,混凝土骨料就近选择花岗片麻岩人工骨料。其岩石矿物组成主要是斜长石、石英、钾长石,少量黑云母、角闪石,主要化学成分为SiO2、Al2 O3。用岩相法和砂浆棒快速法检验原岩的碱活性,发现该人工骨料具有潜在危害性反应活性。主要原因是岩石矿物中存在一定量的微晶石英,加上受到构造应力作用,存在波状消光现象。碱活性抑制试验表明,通过掺入适量的粉煤灰、火山灰,可以达到较为理想的抑制效果。为此,工程建设时应尽量使用低碱水泥并严格控制水泥的含碱量,并切实采取碱活性抑制措施,从而提高混凝土耐久性。

Granitic gneiss artificial aggregate is selected as artificial aggregate for a hydropower project in a country of South-east Asia where natural sand -gravel aggregate is scarce. The major mineral composition of the material rock is anorthosite, quartz, orthoclase with a few of biotite and hornblende, and their chemical compositions are mainly SiO2 , Al2 O3 . The alkali-re-action of raw rocks was tested by lithofacies method and accelerated mortar bar method and the test discovered that the artificial aggregate has harmful alkali-reaction and the main cause is that the rock contains a certain amount of microcrystal quartz that appears wavy extinction phenomenon due to tectonic stress. The results of alkali-reaction inhibition test indicate that moderate incorporation of fly ash or volcano ash into the concrete may meet the inhibitory requirement. The project should use low alkali cement and control alkali content of cement strictly, and the active measures for alkali-reaction inhibition should be taken to im-prove concrete durability.
