目的:探讨肠道准备与否对MRI诊断肠梗阻的影响。方法对96例肠梗阻进行磁共振成像检查,其中40例检查前进行了充分的肠道准备,余56例未进行任何方式的肠道准备,分析两种方式磁共振成像检查对肠梗阻定位和病因诊断符合率的差异。结果磁共振对于56例无肠道准备方式和40例肠道准备方式的术前定位符合率均为100%。56例无肠道准备磁共振成像方式对肠梗阻的病因诊断符合率为83.9%(47/56),40例肠道准备磁共振成像方式对肠梗阻的病因诊断符合率为85%(34/40),二者间无明显差异(χ2=0.02,P=0.887>0.05)。结论肠道准备与否对磁共振成像检查结果无明显影响,无肠道准备方式操作简便,更受临床医师和患者的欢迎,可以作为肠梗阻磁共振检查的首选检查方式。

Objective To investigate intestinal preparation or not affect the MRI in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods 96 cases of intestinal obstruction, in which 40 cases were carried out adequate bowel preparation before inspection, more than 56 cases of bowel preparation in any form, analyses two ways of MRI cause of intestinal obstruction localization and diagnosis coincidence rate differences.Results 56 patients without intestinal preparation ways and 40 cases of bowel preparation methods of preoperative localization coincidence rate is 100%. 56 patients without intestinal preparation of MRI on intestinal obstruction etiology diagnosis coincidence rate was 83.9%(47/56), 40 cases of MRI for intestinal preparation methods on the causes of intestinal obstruction diagnosis coincidence rate was 85%(34/40), no obvious difference between them(chi-square=0.02,P=0.887>0.05).Conclusion Bowel preparation or not had no significant effect on magnetic resonance imaging results, without a bowel preparation method is simple, the more popular among clinicians and patients, the first choice for the MRI can be used as intestinal obstruction.
