目的：探讨颈部血管超声检查在缺血性脑血管疾病中的临床运用。方法对我院诊治的560例缺血性脑血管疾病患者进行颈部血管超声检查，并对此进行分析。其中腔隙性脑梗死238例，动脉粥样硬化性斑块185例，短暂性脑缺血发作137例，所有的患者均进行了CT或MRI检查。结果内中膜增厚患者110例，低回声斑块患者118例，强回声斑块102例，混合回声斑块230例。结论颈部血管超声检查在缺血性脑血管疾病中发挥着极大的作用，它能够准确地检查出斑块和内膜的详细信息，对该疾病的治疗提供了较大的帮助。
