目的：探讨脑卒中患者并发医院感染及其防控的情况。方法：收治脑卒中患者3126例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：脑卒中并发院内感染以呼吸道感染为主，感染病原菌以大肠埃希菌为主。结论：脑卒中患者并发医院感染的几率较高，应加强防控，以促进患者的康复。
目的：探討腦卒中患者併髮醫院感染及其防控的情況。方法：收治腦卒中患者3126例，對其臨床資料進行迴顧性分析。結果：腦卒中併髮院內感染以呼吸道感染為主，感染病原菌以大腸埃希菌為主。結論：腦卒中患者併髮醫院感染的幾率較高，應加彊防控，以促進患者的康複。
목적：탐토뇌졸중환자병발의원감염급기방공적정황。방법：수치뇌졸중환자3126례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：뇌졸중병발원내감염이호흡도감염위주，감염병원균이대장애희균위주。결론：뇌졸중환자병발의원감염적궤솔교고，응가강방공，이촉진환자적강복。
Objective:To explore the situation and prevention and control of nosocomial infection in patients with stroke.Methods:3126 patients with stroke were selected from 2011 January to 2013 December,the clinical datas of them were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The patients with stroke occured infection in the hospital,the respiratory tract infection almost was the most important.The main pathogenic bacteria was escherichia coli.Conclusion:The probability of nosocomial infection in patients with stroke is high,we should strengthen the prevention and control in order to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
