目的:探讨微型纯钛作为种植体支抗在安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类畸形矫正治疗中应用效果。方法将我院2010年5至2011年2月收治的80例安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类畸形矫正治疗的患者,在完成整平排齐、关闭拔牙间隙阶段按照完全随机的原则分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规方法关闭间隙,观察组采用微型纯钛作为种植体支抗关闭间隙,比较两者患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的上齿槽座角(SNA)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)、模型的覆盖(OJ)等指标的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间种植体无松动脱落现象。结论微型纯钛种植体可提供稳定的正畸支抗,能够显著改善患者的面形凸度及覆殆、覆盖关系。

Objective To investigate the effect of miniature titanium implant anchorage in the Class Ⅰ, class I deformity corrective treatment.
