运动性胫骨骨膜炎在体育高考生中是非常常见的损伤，其主要致病因素包括自身运动基础差、技术模式不正确、力的作用不合理、教练的训练方法及场地条件差和风寒湿邪侵入机体等。对患有运动性胫骨骨膜炎的13名体育高考生采用放血拔罐疗法进行治疗，取得了良好的效果，能够在较短的时间内减轻乃至消除伤病的影响，使体育高考生能更好地适应和进行日常的运动训练。

Athletic tibia periostitis is a very common injury of college PE candidates. The pathogenic factors of athletic tibia periostitis are mainly students' own poor sports foundation,incorrect technology mod-el,irrational action of force,the coach's training methods,poor site condition and the invasion of the wind cold dampness to organism. The bloodletting cupping therapy has achieved good effects in treating on 13 cases of college candidates of PE athletic tibia periostitis. It can reduce,and even eliminate the influence of the injury in a relatively short period. Moreover,it can make college PE candidates better adapt to and conduct the daily exercise training.
