论文基于SOLAS第Ⅱ-1/29条要求的全速操舵试验可能存在翻船风险,以船舶操纵性理论知识为基础,结合模型试验和实船试验数据,对IACS UI SC246提出的等效全速操舵试验方法开展可行性分析与评估,提出了若干规避风险的措施和方法。

According to the requirement of SOLAS Reg.Ⅱ-1/29, steering gear of a new ship should be tested at its deepest seagoing draught and maximum ahead service speed. However, this operation may be dangerous, because shipwreck might be caused. Based on theoretical knowledge of ship maneuvering and combined with test data of ship models, the feasibility of steering gear test with equivalent-full ship speed proposed by IACS UI SC246 is analyzed and evaluated. It is aiming to provide some measures for ship trial and avoid risks in steering test.
