毂帽鳍是一种通过回收螺旋桨毂涡旋转能量来达到节能效果的装置，目前尚无工程适用的理论设计方法。论文在毂帽鳍机理分析的基础之上，建立了一种基于粘流CFD流场分析的毂帽鳍理论设计方法，以最大程度降低螺旋桨根部尾流场的切向速度。为验证该设计方法及粘流CFD计算结果，进行了螺旋桨模型敞水试验和螺旋桨毂帽鳍水动力试验。通过试验与计算结果的对比，验证了计算结果中螺旋桨水动力的精确度和毂帽鳍节能效果相对值的正确性。这也表明，论文阐述的毂帽鳍理论设计方法能满足设计要求，是行之有效的。

PBCF is a type of energy saving device of ship propeller through which the rotational energy loss of hub vortex can be recovered. Based on the mechanism of PBCF and propeller theory, a design method for engineering purpose has been developed and is presented in this paper. The method is relied on the analysis of viscous CFD flow field and targeted on reducing tangential velocity in propeller root region. Open water test and LDV measurements of flow field for a propeller with PBCF have been carried out to validate the results of CFD calculation and to evaluate this design method. It is verified that the target of the design method is achieved, and the method can provide enough feasibility for practical PBCF design.
