船舶外飘砰击是一个十分复杂的水动力问题,同时也是船舶设计人员十分关心的主要问题。论文采用基于简单Green函数的三维时域势流Rankine源法求解船体在不规则波中的运动问题,获得船与波浪的垂向相对运动速度,并通过比较分析选取合适的砰击压力系数,获得船体艏部外飘砰击压力,计算结果表明外飘砰击载荷对波高较为敏感,受波高的影响较大。通过与规范值比较分析,证明了本方法的合理性,对船体艏部外飘的设计具有一定的参考价值。

Impact of wave to ship flare is a complex hydrodynamic problem deeply concerned by ship designer. In this paper, a 3-D Rankine panel method based on the simple Green function is used to solve the motion problem in random sea. Then the relative velocity between ship and waves in vertical direction is obtained and a proper slamming pressure coefficient is chosen. Through comparison and analysis the bow flare slamming pressure is obtained. The results show that the flare impact is sensitive to wave height and highly affected by wave height. By comparing the results with the values in classification society rules, the present method is proved to be reasonable and is useful for bow flare design.
