通过火焰原子吸收光谱法对新疆霍城县四爪陆龟粪便中Ca、Mg、K、Na、Fe含量进行测定.实验结果表明:金属元素Ca、Fe、Mg、K、Na的含量分别为3.18×102、2.72×102、1.01×102、0.55×102、0.050×102μg/g.各金属元素标准曲线相关系数均大于0.99,加标回收率为90.2%~101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2%.根据对四爪陆龟粪便中金属元素含量的季节和年际变化规律分析可知,Ca、Mg、K、Na、Fe五种金属元素含量春季大于夏季,同一季节内金属元素含量年际变化差异不显著,其原因可能是四爪陆龟的食性随其生境中植物生长的季节消长而改变.在四爪陆龟保护区内增加植物多样性,能够保障四爪陆龟对养分的需求,达到保护、恢复四爪陆龟种群的目标.

In this paper we analyzed the metallic elements contents such as Ca, Mg, K, Na and Fe for Testudo horsfieldi stools in Huocheng County, Xinjiang by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. the result shows that quantities of metallic elements of Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Na is 3.18×10 2, 2.72×102, 1.01×102, 0.55×102and 0.050×102μg/g, respectively. The standard curve correlation coefficients of the metallic elements are above 0.99, the recovery rates are between 90.2%~101.3%, the relative standard deviations are less than two present. According to the analyzing results of the metallic element contents within seasonal and inter-annual variations, their spring contents are higher than autumn, the latent reason should be the diet habits of T. horsfieldi changing with seasonal changes of plant species composition in the habitat. This research proposes by increasing plant species diversities in the T. horsfieldi habitats to assure their diet requirements and protect the T. horsfieldi population.
