本文概述了功能翻译理论视域下的文本类型理论，应用该理论分析了闽系菜谱的文本类型和翻译错误，最后基于功能翻译理论的功能与忠诚，语际连贯，语内连贯原则并结合多模态模式探析了闽系菜谱的翻译策略，提出语用翻译，删译、增译、解释性翻译和释义性翻译，并从新媒体视角探讨了其翻译策略。

This paper summarizes the theory of text typology proposed by Skopos theory, applies it to analyze the text variety of Min cuisine and its translation errors. Based on such rules as function and loyalty, intratextual coherence, intertextual coherence, multimodal mode and new media, it explores the translation strategies of Min cuisine and proposes pragmatic translation, deletion, addition, explanatory translation and paraphrasing translation.
