目的：探讨多通道经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗肾结石的围手术期护理方法,以提高护理质量。方法：回顾性分析本院21例多通道经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者的临床资料及护理体会。结果：18例患者经过积极治疗和护理顺利康复出院,3例患者因术中及术后出血行选择性肾动脉栓塞术。结论：多通道经皮肾镜碎石取石术并发症较多,围手术期针对性的护理是患者康复出院的重要保障。

Objective:Discuss the multi-channel percutaneous nephroscope rubble stone extraction for perioperative nursing treatment for kidney stones,in order to improve nursing quality.Methods:In our hospital were retrospectively analyzed 21 cases of multi-channel percutaneous nephroscope rubble stone extraction for patients with the clinical data and nursing experience.Result:After active treatG ment and nursing 18 patients recover smoothly discharged from the hospital,3 patients with intraoperative and postoperative bleeding line of selective renal artery embolization.Conclusion:Multi-channel percutaneous nephroscope rubble stone extraction for more complications,perioperative pertinent nursing is the important guarantee of patient rehabilitation hospital discharge.
