目的：观察鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗鼻出血的疗效。方法：对86例鼻出血在鼻内镜下寻找出血点,并行双极电凝止血。结果：84例找到明确出血点,2例未见明确出血点。双极电凝一次治愈79例,5例患者电凝后仍有少量出血,再次电凝治疗后治愈。术后未出现并发症,随诊1-3个月均未发生再出血。结论：鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗鼻出血,止血准确、迅速,效果良好,创伤小,术后不需行鼻腔填塞,患者痛苦少,并发症发生率低。
목적：관찰비내경하쌍겁전응치료비출혈적료효。방법：대86례비출혈재비내경하심조출혈점,병행쌍겁전응지혈。결과：84례조도명학출혈점,2례미견명학출혈점。쌍겁전응일차치유79례,5례환자전응후잉유소량출혈,재차전응치료후치유。술후미출현병발증,수진1-3개월균미발생재출혈。결론：비내경하쌍겁전응치료비출혈,지혈준학、신속,효과량호,창상소,술후불수행비강전새,환자통고소,병발증발생솔저。
Objective:Observation of curative ef ect of coagulation for the treatment ofepistaxis under nasal endoscope bipolar electric.Methods:To find the bleeding point in 86 cases of epistaxis under naG sal endoscope,paral el bipolar coagulation hemostasis.Result:84 cases were found clear bleeding,2 cases no definite bleeding.Bipolar coagulation time cured 79 cases,5 cases of patients with coagulation is stil a smal amount of bleeding,coagulation treatment cured after again.No postoperative complications,the fol ow-up of 1-3 months were not bleeding.Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment of bipolar coaguG lation hemostasis of nasal bleeding,accurate,fast,good ef ect,less trauma,less need for postoperative nasal packing,less pain,lower complication rate.
