目的:建立归芍明目颗粒的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对归芍明目颗粒中栀子、甘草、白芍和牡丹皮进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定栀子中栀子苷的含量.色谱柱为 Hypersil ODS C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(12∶88)为流动相,检测波长为238nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃.结果:薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强,斑点清晰,且阴性无干扰;栀子苷在0.314~1.570μg范围内线性关系良好(R=0.9999),平均回收率为96.97%(RSD=1.34%).结论:本质量标准方法准确、重复性好,可有效控制归芍明目颗粒的质量.

Objective:To establish the quality standard for Guishao Mingmu Granules.Methods:Fructus Gardenniae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Paeoniae alba and Cortex Moutan were identified by TLC;and the content of Fructus Gardenniae was determined by HPLC-ELSD.The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS C18(4.6×250mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(12∶88).The detection wavelength was at 238nm.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the column temperature was at 30℃.Result:The Linearity was good,and the linearrange of Geniposide was 0.314~1.570μg (R=0. 9999 ).The average recovery was 96.97%(RSD=1.34%).Conclusion:This quality standard is accurate and reproducibly,which can be used for quality control of Guishao Mingmu Granules.
