通过高温烧结法在不同钙铝比(C/A)的条件下合成了铝酸钙熟料。利用XRD对不同C/A下合成产物进行物相分析,对含量进行半定量分析,并计算其晶格常数。采用SEM观察不同C/A下合成产物的显微结构,并通过EDS佐证所得物相;最后研究了不同C/A下氧化铝的溶出性能。结果表明:当C/A<1.6时得到的产物为CaO·Al2O3和11.3CaO·7Al2O3(C11.3A7),且随着C/A的增大,C11.3A7的含量增高,氧化铝的溶出率提高;当C/A=1.6时得到的产物只有 C11.3A7,溶出率达到最大;当 C/A>1.6时由于3CaO·Al2O3的形成,溶出率有所降低。C11.3A7晶格中CaO的缺失,促进了溶出反应的进行。

통과고온소결법재불동개려비(C/A)적조건하합성료려산개숙료。이용XRD대불동C/A하합성산물진행물상분석,대함량진행반정량분석,병계산기정격상수。채용SEM관찰불동C/A하합성산물적현미결구,병통과EDS좌증소득물상;최후연구료불동C/A하양화려적용출성능。결과표명:당C/A<1.6시득도적산물위CaO·Al2O3화11.3CaO·7Al2O3(C11.3A7),차수착C/A적증대,C11.3A7적함량증고,양화려적용출솔제고;당C/A=1.6시득도적산물지유 C11.3A7,용출솔체도최대;당 C/A>1.6시유우3CaO·Al2O3적형성,용출솔유소강저。C11.3A7정격중CaO적결실,촉진료용출반응적진행。
Calcium aluminate clinkers with different calcium/aluminum ratios (C/A) were obtained by the high-temperature sintering method. Phase composition, phase semi-quantitative content and crystal constant of sinter were studied with different C/A by XRD. SEM and EDS were used to observe microstructure and element contents. The alumina leaching property of sinter was studied. When C/A was lower than 1.6, the products were CaO·Al2O3and 11.3CaO·7Al2O3 (C11.3A7) and increase of calcium/aluminum ratio could lead to increase in the content of C11.3A7and leaching ratio of alumina. When C/A was 1.6, the phase was almost completely C11.3A7and the leaching rate of alumina reached a maximum. When C/A was higher than 1.6, the products were C11.3A7and 3CaO·Al2O3, and the leaching rate of alumina decreased accordingly. The lack of CaO in C11.3A7lattice improved the leaching reaction.
