由炭疽属真菌( Colletotrichum spp.)引起的炭疽病是草莓育苗期的主要病害,在世界各地普遍发生。采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了湖北省内17个不同地区采集分离的103株草莓炭疽病菌株对咪鲜胺的敏感性。结果显示:咪鲜胺对湖北省草莓炭疽病菌的EC50值分布范围为0.0142~0.2156μg/mL,平均值为(0.0938±0.0299)μg/mL,其敏感性频率符合正态分布,因此可将该EC50平均值作为湖北省草莓炭疽病原菌群体对咪鲜胺敏感基线的参考值。
由炭疽屬真菌( Colletotrichum spp.)引起的炭疽病是草莓育苗期的主要病害,在世界各地普遍髮生。採用菌絲生長速率法,測定瞭湖北省內17箇不同地區採集分離的103株草莓炭疽病菌株對咪鮮胺的敏感性。結果顯示:咪鮮胺對湖北省草莓炭疽病菌的EC50值分佈範圍為0.0142~0.2156μg/mL,平均值為(0.0938±0.0299)μg/mL,其敏感性頻率符閤正態分佈,因此可將該EC50平均值作為湖北省草莓炭疽病原菌群體對咪鮮胺敏感基線的參攷值。

Anthracnose of strawberry caused by Colletotrichum spp. in the nursery is a global important disease. One hundred and three isolates of Colletotrichum spp. were isolated from diseased strawberry plants collected from 17 different areas in Hubei Province, China. Sensitivity of these isolates to prochloraz was determined by mycelium growth rate method. The results indicated that the EC50 values of 103 isolates ranged from 0. 014 2 to 0. 215 6 μg/mL, with an average value of (0. 093 8 ± 0. 029 9 ) μg/mL. The sensitivity of 103 isolates to prochloraz showed a normal distribution, which suggested the average EC50 value could be used as a reference of sensitivity baseline for Colletotrichum spp. from strawberry to prochloraz in Hubei Province of China.
