目的：探讨盆底肌肉生物电刺激结合针刺治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后逼尿肌无力的临床疗效。方法：60例经尿道前列腺电切术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别采取基础治疗和盆底肌肉生物反馈电刺激结合针刺治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后最大尿流率（MFR）和膀胱残余尿量。结果：治疗后两组患者最大尿流率（MFR）均高于治疗前，膀胱残余尿量水平均低于治疗前（P<0.05），且观察组均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：盆底肌肉生物电刺激结合针刺疗法治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后逼尿肌无力疗效确切，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토분저기육생물전자격결합침자치료경뇨도전렬선전절술후핍뇨기무력적림상료효。방법：60례경뇨도전렬선전절술후환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，분별채취기출치료화분저기육생물반궤전자격결합침자치료，비교량조환자치료전후최대뇨류솔（MFR）화방광잔여뇨량。결과：치료후량조환자최대뇨류솔（MFR）균고우치료전，방광잔여뇨량수평균저우치료전（P<0.05），차관찰조균현저우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：분저기육생물전자격결합침자요법치료경뇨도전렬선전절술후핍뇨기무력료효학절，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor muscle bio-elertricity stimulation combined with acupuncture treating detru-sor weakness after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods:60 patients after transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into obser-vation group and control group, respectively adopted basic treatment and muscle biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with acupuncture, the maximal urinary flow rate (MFR) and bladder residual urine volume of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results:The maximal urinary flow rate of two groups after treatment were both higher than those before treatment, and bladder residual urine volume were lower than those before therapy (P<0.05), and observation group were significantly better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Pelvic floor muscle bio-eler-tricity stimulation combined with acupuncture treating detrusor weakness after transurethral resection of prostate has definite effect, being worth of clinical promotion.
