目的：探讨腹部透刺为主治疗胃下垂的效果。方法：100例胃下垂患者平分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组中脘透脐中、天枢透脐中加电，直刺足三里（双）并温针灸；对照组口服补中益气汤加减，比较两组效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.6%，显著高于对照组的86.0%（P<0.01）。结论：腹部透刺为主治疗胃下垂效果显著。

목적：탐토복부투자위주치료위하수적효과。방법：100례위하수환자평분위치료조여대조조，치료조중완투제중、천추투제중가전，직자족삼리（쌍）병온침구；대조조구복보중익기탕가감，비교량조효과。결과：치료조총유효솔위97.6%，현저고우대조조적86.0%（P<0.01）。결론：복부투자위주치료위하수효과현저。
Objective:To investigate the effect of abdominal acupuncture treating gastroptosis mainly. Methods: 100 cases of gastroptosis patients were divided equally into treatment group and control group, treatment group was acupunctured on Zhongwan, Qizhong, Tianshu, Zusanli (both), as well as acusector and needle-warming moxibustion;control group treated with oral Buzhong-yiqi decoction, the effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.6%, significantly higher than that of control group by 86%(P<0.01). Conclu-sion:Gastroptosis mainly treated with abdominal acupuncture is significantly effective.
