目的:分析门诊患者药品不良反应(ARD)发生的规律及特点,促进临床合理安全用药。方法对医院2011年至2012年门诊药房收集的988例ADR报告进行回顾性统计和分析。结果988例ADR中,女性发生率(57.80%)明显高于男性(42.20%);ADR涉及12类药物223个品种,发生率最高的为抗感染药物384例(43.32%),其次为抗肿瘤药物128例(15.49%)和中药注射剂108例(13.87%),临床主要表现为皮肤及其附件损害398例(40.28%)和消化系统损害242例(24.49%)。结论应重视ADR报告和监测工作,正确合理地应用药物,为临床合理用药提供参考。

목적:분석문진환자약품불량반응(ARD)발생적규률급특점,촉진림상합리안전용약。방법대의원2011년지2012년문진약방수집적988례ADR보고진행회고성통계화분석。결과988례ADR중,녀성발생솔(57.80%)명현고우남성(42.20%);ADR섭급12류약물223개품충,발생솔최고적위항감염약물384례(43.32%),기차위항종류약물128례(15.49%)화중약주사제108례(13.87%),림상주요표현위피부급기부건손해398례(40.28%)화소화계통손해242례(24.49%)。결론응중시ADR보고화감측공작,정학합리지응용약물,위림상합리용약제공삼고。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions ( ADR ) occurred in outpatients of our hospital for promoting the rational and safe drug use. Methods 988 cases of ADR were collected from outpatients during 2011-2012 and performed the retrospective statistical analysis. Resuts In 988 cases of ADR, the incidence rate in females was 57. 80%, which was significantly higher than 42. 20% in males;ADR involved 12 categories and 223 varieties of drugs. The anti-infective agents had the highest occurrence rate of ADR ( 384 cases, 43. 32% ) , followed by antineoplastic agents ( 128 cases, 15. 49% ) and traditional Chinese medicines ( 108 cases, 13. 87%) . The main clinical manifestations of ADR were lesion of skin and appendant 398 ( 40. 28%) and injury of digestive system 242 ( 24. 49%) . Conclusion The ADR report and monitoring should be highly concerned, drugs should be used cor-rectly and rationally in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.
