目的：探索大型公立医院联办分院药剂科管理之道。方法考察和分析大型医院联办分院药剂科的现状，从而探索联办分院药剂科的管理思路。结果与结论联办分院是依托于院本部而不同于医院集团中的医院，因而联办分院药剂科的管理应该充分凭借院本部的资源，发挥院本部对联办分院的优势影响，且又相对自成体系，并非简单地复制院本部的管理，从而使药剂科良性发展。
목적：탐색대형공립의원련판분원약제과관리지도。방법고찰화분석대형의원련판분원약제과적현상，종이탐색련판분원약제과적관리사로。결과여결론련판분원시의탁우원본부이불동우의원집단중적의원，인이련판분원약제과적관리응해충분빙차원본부적자원，발휘원본부대련판분원적우세영향，차우상대자성체계，병비간단지복제원본부적관리，종이사약제과량성발전。
Objective To explore the management of the pharmacy department in large-scale public hospital ' s cooperating branch hos-pital. Methods To inspect and analyze the current situation of pharmacy department, then to explore its management ideas. Resuts and Conclusion The cooperating hospital could rely on its central hospital and is differ from the branch hospitals of the hospital group. The cooperating hospital ' s pharmacy department should sufficiently rely on the resource from its central hospital and make full use of its advantage influence effect. Furthermore, it should not simply copy the management of central hospital, but the own relatively independent system should be established, thus making the pharmacy benign development.
