目的:优选清咽颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计法,以干膏得率和甘草中甘草苷、甘草酸含量为指标综合评价,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为10倍量的水,提取2次,每次2 h。结论优选的工艺合理可行、重现性良好、提取效率高,适用于工业化生产。
目的:優選清嚥顆粒的提取工藝。方法採用正交試驗設計法,以榦膏得率和甘草中甘草苷、甘草痠含量為指標綜閤評價,攷察加水量、提取時間、提取次數對提取工藝的影響。結果最佳提取工藝為10倍量的水,提取2次,每次2 h。結論優選的工藝閤理可行、重現性良好、提取效率高,適用于工業化生產。
목적:우선청인과립적제취공예。방법채용정교시험설계법,이간고득솔화감초중감초감、감초산함량위지표종합평개,고찰가수량、제취시간、제취차수대제취공예적영향。결과최가제취공예위10배량적수,제취2차,매차2 h。결론우선적공예합리가행、중현성량호、제취효솔고,괄용우공업화생산。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology for Qingyan Granules. Methods With the dry extract yield, content of licorice glycosides and glycyrrhizic acid as the indexes, the orthogonal test was adopted to comprehensively evaluate and investigate the influence of the adding water amount, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction technology. Resuts The optimum extraction process was as follows:extracting twice with 10 times the amount of water, 2 h each time. Conclusion This optimized extraction tech-nology is effective, reasonable and feasible with high efficiency, which is suitable for the industrial production.
