目的:研究环维黄杨星D双层片的处方,并进行体外评价(体外释放度)。方法通过单因素考察法分别确定双层片的速释层和缓释层处方组成与制备方法。采用紫外分光光度法测定双层片的体外释放度。结果环维黄杨星D双层片中,速释层处方组成为淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁,工艺采用湿法制粒;缓释层处方组成为卡波姆、硬脂酸镁,采用干粉末直接压片。体外释放度结果表明,速释层在5 min累积释放度达95%以上,缓释层能在14 h内维持恒定的释药量,满足零级释放方程。结论环维黄杨星D双层片的处方合理,制备工艺简单,可达到速释和缓释的双重作用。

목적:연구배유황양성D쌍층편적처방,병진행체외평개(체외석방도)。방법통과단인소고찰법분별학정쌍층편적속석층화완석층처방조성여제비방법。채용자외분광광도법측정쌍층편적체외석방도。결과배유황양성D쌍층편중,속석층처방조성위정분、최갑기정분납、경지산미,공예채용습법제립;완석층처방조성위잡파모、경지산미,채용간분말직접압편。체외석방도결과표명,속석층재5 min루적석방도체95%이상,완석층능재14 h내유지항정적석약량,만족령급석방방정。결론배유황양성D쌍층편적처방합리,제비공예간단,가체도속석화완석적쌍중작용。
Objective To prepare Cyclovirobuxine-D ( CVB-D ) Double Layer Tablets and to conduct the in vitro evaluation ( in vitro re-lease ) . Methods The formula composition and the preparation technology of the fast release layer and the slow release layer of CVB-D Double Layer Tablets were determined by the single factor tests. The drug release in vitro was determined by the UV spectrophotom-etry. Resuts In CVB-D Double Layer Tablets, the fast release layer was composed of starch, sodium carboxymethyl starch ( CMS-Na ) and magnesium stearate, and prepared by the wet granulation method. The slow release layer was composed of starch, carbomer and mag-nesium stearate, and prepared by the dry granulation method. The in vitro release results showed that the cumulative release of the fast release layer was above 95% in 5 min and the slow release layer could maintaining the constant drug releasing amount within 14 h, which met the zero-order release equation. Conclusion The formula of CVB-D Double Layer Tablets is rational, the preparation tech-nology is simple, and the double role of fast release and slow release is achieved.
