目的:建立可吸收性外科缝线中重金属铬含量的测定方法。方法采用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定可吸收性外科缝线中重金属铬的含量。结果重金属铬质量浓度线性范围是0~10μg/L,Y=0.05105 X-0.0383,r=0.9976( n=5);平均回收率为95.74%,RSD为0.63%( n=6)。结论该方法快速简便,结果准确、可靠,重现性好,可作为可吸收性外科缝线中重金属铬含量的测定方法。

Objective To establish a determination method of heavy metal chromium ( Cr ) content in the absorbable surgical suture. Methods The microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the Cr content in the absorbable surgical suture. Results The calibration curve of Cr showed good linearity in the range of 0-10μg/L, Y=0. 051 05 X-0. 038 3, r=0. 997 6 ( n=5 ) , the average recovery rate of Cr was 95. 74%, RSD was 0. 63%( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, ac-curate and reliable with good reproducibility, which can be used to determine heavy metal Cr content in the absorbable surgical suture.
