目的：研究清喉口含片的抗炎作用。方法通过考察高、中、低剂量清喉口含片对巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度的抑制作用，组织胺所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性改变的影响及角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀度的抑制作用，研究清喉口含片对不同炎症模型的抗炎作用。结果与空白对照组及阳性药对照组相比，清喉口含片高、中、低剂量均能够降低小鼠毛细血管通透性，抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀及巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论清喉口含片具有较明显的抗炎作用。
목적：연구청후구함편적항염작용。방법통과고찰고、중、저제량청후구함편대파두유소치소서이곽종창도적억제작용，조직알소치소서복강모세혈관통투성개변적영향급각차채효소치대서족척종창도적억제작용，연구청후구함편대불동염증모형적항염작용。결과여공백대조조급양성약대조조상비，청후구함편고、중、저제량균능구강저소서모세혈관통투성，억제각차채효치대서족척종창급파두유치소서이곽종창。결론청후구함편구유교명현적항염작용。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effects of Qinghou Buccal Tablets. Methods The effects of high, middle and low doses groups of Qinghou Buccal Tablets, the blank control group and the hydrocortisone positive control group on the croton oil-in-duced mice auricle swelling, histamine-induced rat skin capillary permeability change and carrageenin-induced rat toe swelling in the inflammatory experimental models for observing the anti-inflammatory actions of Qinghou Buccal Tablets on different inflammatory mod-els. Results Compared with the blank control group and the hydrocortisone positive control group, the high, middle and low doses groups of Qinghou Buccal Tablets could decrease the mouse skin capillary permeability, inhibit the carrageenan induced rat toe swelling and the croton oil-induced mice auricle swelling. Conclusion Qinghou Buccal Tablets has an obvious anti-inflammatory effect.
