目的：调查住院患者抗菌药物使用情况，促进抗菌药物合理使用。方法随机抽取2013年1-6月份使用抗菌药物的出院病历医嘱440份进行点评分析。结果住院患者不合理抗菌药物医嘱数占总抗菌药物医嘱总数的23．64％。不合理用药问题主要分为围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用问题及抗菌药物治疗性应用问题。结论通过住院病历医嘱点评，可将不合理使用抗菌药物的信息及时反馈给临床医师，促进抗菌药物的合理使用。
목적：조사주원환자항균약물사용정황，촉진항균약물합리사용。방법수궤추취2013년1-6월빈사용항균약물적출원병력의촉440빈진행점평분석。결과주원환자불합리항균약물의촉수점총항균약물의촉총수적23．64％。불합리용약문제주요분위위수술기항균약물예방성응용문제급항균약물치료성응용문제。결론통과주원병력의촉점평，가장불합리사용항균약물적신식급시반궤급림상의사，촉진항균약물적합리사용。
Objective To investigate the usage of antibacterials in hospital and to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents . Methods Four hundred and forty case files which included antibacterial drugs prescribed when discharge from hospital from January to June of 2013 were drawn randomly and analyzed .Results Patients with unreasonable prescriptions for antibacterial drugs accounted for 23.64%of the total number of prescriptions for antibacterial drugs .The problems of irrational drug use were mainly prophylactic an-tibacterials application in the period of perioperation and antibacterial drugs treatment .Conclusions The irrational use of antimicrobial drugs information can be sent back to clinicians to promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs via in -hospital case files’ comments.
