试验通过在蛋鸡日粮中添加不同比例的枣粉代替基础日粮中部分玉米,探讨其对产蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。选取420日龄海兰灰蛋鸡480只,随机分为6个组,每组5个重复,每个重复16只。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ~Ⅵ组用枣粉分别替代基础日粮中2%、4%、6%、8%、10%的玉米。预饲期7 d,试验期74 d。试验结果表明:(1)饲料中添加枣粉对蛋鸡料蛋比,死淘率和软、破蛋率无显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,Ⅳ~Ⅵ组蛋鸡采食量分别提高了3.01%(P<0.05)、3.57%(P<0.05)、5.28%(P<0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组蛋鸡产蛋率较对照组分别降低了0.10%(P>0.05)、0.72%(P>0.05),Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组蛋鸡产蛋率分别提高了1.28%(P>0.05)、5.86%(P<0.01)、6.75%(P<0.01);Ⅴ、Ⅵ组日产蛋量较对照组分别提高了6.93%(P <0.01)、9.15%(P <0.01);Ⅲ组平均蛋重较对照组提高5.13%(P <0.05)。(2)蛋鸡日粮中添加适量枣粉对常规蛋品质无显著影响(P>0.05),Ⅱ~Ⅵ组蛋黄中胆固醇含量分别比对照组降低了7.12%(P<0.05)、5.73%(P<0.05)、11.80%(P<0.01)、11.46%(P<0.01)、15.80%(P<0.01)。综合考虑,在蛋鸡日粮中添加10%枣粉效果较好。

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of jujube powder instead of part of the corn on pro-duction performance and egg quality of Laying hens.A total of 480 Hy-line laying hens at 420 days old were randomly divided into 6 groups with 5 replications of 16 each.The control group(groupⅠ)was fed with basal diets,and the testing groups were fed with basal diets with jujube powder replacement respectively 2%,4%,6%,8%,10% of the corn.Pretest period was 7 days and experimental period was 74 days.The main results showed as follows:(1)In this experiment,lay-ing hens diet added with jujube powder had no significant effect on ratio of feed to egg,broken (soft) eggshell rate and death rate (P > 0.05);compared with the control group,feed intake of group Ⅳ ~ Ⅵ increased by 3.01%(P < 0.05), 3.57%(P<0.05),5.28%(P<0.01);egg production rate of groupⅡ, Ⅲreduced by 0.10%(P>0.05),0.72%(P>0.05), and laying rate of group Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ increased by 1.28%(P > 0.05),5.86%(P < 0.01),6.75%(P < 0.01);day-egg yields of groupⅤ,Ⅵ increased by 6.93%(P < 0.01),9.15%(P < 0.01);average egg weight of group Ⅲ were increased by 5.13%(P < 0.05).(2)layer diet added appropriate jujube powder had no significant influence on general egg quality (P > 0.05),but the cholesterol content in egg yolk of group Ⅱ ~ Ⅵ significantly decreased by 7.12%(P < 0.05),5.73%(P < 0.05),11.81%(P < 0.01),11.46%(P < 0.01),15.80%(P < 0.01) respectively,compared with that of control group. Comprenensive consideration,the effect of 10%adding level of jujube powder was better than other adding level.
